REQUEST
We understand hotel rooms are a crucial part for your artist's and crew's full festival experience. Send us your request and we will reach out to hotel(s) for the best prices. We work with a limited number of hotels which offer the best deals for your event keeping the budget in mind.

OFFER
We prefer to send you 3 to 5 hotel offers. Ones all offers are in place we will make sure to send you a clear-cut overview for your reference including additional policies such as early check in, late check out and cancellation policies.

CONFIRMATION
When an hotel is approved, we create a rooming list which we send to our hotel partner(s). You have full access to the list so you can see what we book including the confirmation numbers. Changes can be communicated via this list. This makes communication easy, clean and clear.
ADVANCING
Need help with the advancing? We are delighted to offer support. Due to our extensive experience wihtin the Entertainment Industry we know how the communication lines work. We can take this up supporting in the communication with you bookers, agents, managers, you name it! Reach out to us for more info.

Happy to help! After 9 years working in the hotel industry at hotels such as Hotel Okura Amsterdam, InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam and several 4* and 5* hotels I found working in the middle is the perfect fit. Keeping high service and hospitality levels as a standard I carefully select hotels we work with. We don't work with a lot of hotels, but have a limited amount of hotels in our portfolio which guarantees us from the best price and the most sufficient secondary policies. That said, we understand both hospitality in hotels AND towards the promoters, clubs and everything in between as we know artists travel a lot and their hotel is their home during their performance.
For crew we know working long hours, making long days is exhausting. So staying in a comfortable hotel and in a good bed is a treat.
